Maple has a bespoke timesheet system developed to assist clients and contractors alike with a flexible, readily available and most importantly a paperless timesheet delivery system.

The system called IN-Time works seamlessly between the contractor, the client and ourselves ensuring a secure and reliable timesheet system which has been approved by all of our clients currently using this system.

Contractors can simply log in using their own unique username and password, enter their hours of work and any overtime simply and quickly with no need for counter signatures and without the risk of losing the timesheet. The timesheet is then authorised by the client using his or her unique log in details and the timesheet is processed.

The whole process is swift, efficient and WITHOUT errors caused by hand writing, smudged timesheets, missing post etc, ensuring all contractors get paid on time without fail and enabling the client to complete the process swiftly without the added burden of more paperwork.
