Job Description
Quantity Surveyor Somerset £30,000 The client. A well-known British based construction and Infrastructure Company is now looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. The role. Reporting to the senior commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will be asked to carry out the following duties; Works Valuations both from site and from plan/drawings Method of measurement for Highway specific work Specification for Highway Works Design Procurement and Sub Contract Cost Value Reconciliation submissions Initiation of cost to complete The candidate. You will have a proven background in all of the above and will have a good working knowledge of ICE & NEC Conditions of Contract and heavy Civil Engineering (including Structures) and Highways You will have some formal qualifications relating to the above although a proven commercial background or similar will also be considered. This is an immediate permanent requirement and all candidates are asked to include a full cv together with availability, current salary requirement and reason for leaving current position.
